Delivery Information

For exotic produce, delivery time depends on the harvest calendar. The information below matches the terms set out in the Membership Agreement.

Delivery time

Provided the order can be supplied in full and weather conditions are suitable for harvest, delivery takes on average 10 business days anywhere in Türkiye from the moment the order confirmation email is sent. If your order does not reach you within this period, please let us know using our contact details.

Shipping and packing

Delivery is carried out by a courier company, a supplier company or the Trendhasat dispatch service. Delicate produce ships secured in ventilated punnets, and items requiring a cold chain are shipped under appropriate conditions.

Out-of-stock items

If an item turns out to be out of stock after the order is approved, your order remains in effect for 5 days while we source it. If the item cannot be supplied at all, another product of the same value may be sent, you may wait for it to come back into stock, or the order may be cancelled. If you do not state your preference within 3 days the agreement ends and the amount paid is refunded under consumer legislation.

Damaged delivery

If the delivered package has been opened, the person receiving it should record the situation in a report with the delivery driver, keep a copy and decline the package. If you send us that report within 7 days, your order will be resent at no additional charge within 10 days of the report reaching us.

Fresh fruit and vegetables are perishable goods. For the conditions governing returns and the right of withdrawal, please see the Membership Agreement and applicable Turkish consumer legislation.
