1. Purpose and Scope

This agreement has been prepared to determine the mutual rights and obligations between Trend Hasat, which provides services through our electronic platforms, and the "User" who wishes to become a member of this platform in order to shop or benefit from the services offered. From the moment the User completes the membership process on the website and approves this agreement electronically, they are deemed to have accepted and undertaken all of its terms.

2. Membership Conditions and Security of Use

To become a member of the Trend Hasat platform it is necessary to be of legal age and not to have been previously suspended from membership by our company, temporarily or permanently. As part of membership security, the confidentiality and protection of account access details (username, password, etc.) is entirely the User's responsibility. Users may not transfer the profiles they create to third parties or open them to their use.

3. Ordering, Payment and Delivery

Users are entitled to purchase the products displayed on our platform at the current stated prices, choosing one of the payment options offered.
Processing of an order begins when payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) reaches Trend Hasat's accounts, or when the cash-on-delivery option is approved by the User.
Provided the harvest and weather conditions are suitable, our standard delivery time is set at an average of 10 business days for all of Türkiye. If this period is exceeded, the User should inform our company through our contact channels.
For items that are out of stock, the User's order is held for 5 days. If the product cannot be supplied at all, the order may be cancelled at the User's request, the product may be awaited coming back into stock, or an alternative product of the same value may be sent.
If damage (crushing, tearing, etc.) is seen on the package during courier delivery, a report must be drawn up with the courier and the damaged package must not be accepted.
The damage report must be sent to Trend Hasat officials within 7 days at the latest. Our company will dispatch replacement products to the User's address within 10 days of receiving the report, without charging any additional shipping fee.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, logos, texts, visual and audio materials and software code on the Trend Hasat platform are the property of Trend Hasat. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute commercially, or use this content in a way that constitutes unfair competition with Trend Hasat.

5. Corporate Rights and Limitation of Liability

Trend Hasat reserves the right to change the services, product content or pricing offered on the site without prior notice.
No legal liability may be attributed to Trend Hasat for typesetting and typographical errors caused by the system.
In the event of Users using stolen credit cards, behaving in ways that manipulate the operation of the site, or acting unlawfully, Trend Hasat has the right to terminate the relevant membership unilaterally and to recover any resulting damages from the User.

6. Force Majeure

Trend Hasat will not be held responsible for delays or shortfalls in performance arising in cases of "force majeure" beyond the control of the parties, such as war, natural disasters, epidemics, infrastructure and internet failures, adverse weather conditions or strikes.

7. Dispute Resolution and Competent Court

Turkish law applies to the interpretation and application of this agreement; the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya are authorised to resolve any legal dispute that may arise.
