Preliminary Information Form

This form sets out the information you need before confirming your order, as required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Confirming your order creates an obligation to pay. This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. PRODUCTS

The essential characteristics of your items (type, sales unit, packaging and quantity), unit price and total are shown on the product pages and in the order summary at the payment step. That information forms part of this document.

Our products are fresh, perishable foodstuffs, harvested to order rather than shipped from stock.

3. PRICE, TAX AND SHIPPING

  • All prices shown include VAT.
  • Shipping is 250.00 ₺; orders of 1,500 ₺ and above ship free.
  • The total payable (goods + shipping where applicable) is shown in the order summary immediately before payment.

4. PAYMENT

  • Credit / debit card: taken on our payment provider's secure page with 3D Secure. Card details are never stored on our site.
  • Bank transfer: to the account shown after your order, quoting your order number as the reference.

5. DELIVERY

  • We ship anywhere in Türkiye with our contracted courier.
  • Because produce is harvested to order, dispatch days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • For bank transfers, the delivery period starts on the date the payment reaches our account.
  • The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days.
  • We deliver to the address given in the order; we are not liable for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ITS EXCEPTION

Because our products are perishable foodstuffs, they fall outside the right of withdrawal under article 15/1-(c) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The 14-day right of withdrawal therefore cannot be exercised for fresh produce you have received.

This exception does not affect your rights regarding defective goods: spoiled, crushed, missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items are covered below.

7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS, RETURNS

  • Check the parcel in the courier's presence; if there is visible damage, have a report drawn up or refuse delivery.
  • If the produce is not as expected, notify us with photographs within 24 hours of delivery at info@trendhasat.com or on WhatsApp +90 539 474 35 36.
  • Where the claim is upheld, we send free replacement produce for the unusable quantity or refund it.
  • Where a return is required it is made with Yurtiçi Kargo and the return shipping cost is borne by the seller.
  • Approved refunds are made in a single payment, free of charge, to the payment method you used, within 14 days at the latest. For bank transfers, the refund goes to the IBAN you provide.

8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

In case of a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the applicable monetary limits, or to the Consumer Courts, subject to applying to a mediator before bringing an action under article 73/A of Law no. 6502. The monetary limits are revised every year.

9. RECORD KEEPING

This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are sent to your e-mail address once your order is confirmed, kept in our records for three years and provided to you on request.

Your personal data is processed for the performance of the sales contract and under our Data Protection Notice.

10. CONFIRMATION

By approving this form at the payment step you confirm that you have received the above information about the essential characteristics of the goods, the VAT-inclusive total, the payment and delivery terms and the right of withdrawal.
