At Trend Hasat we attach the highest importance to the security and privacy of your personal data while delivering the most natural agricultural produce to you.

This notice has been prepared to inform you how the personal data you share with us through our WhatsApp order line, live chat and support channels is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), for what purposes it is used, and what rights you hold.

1. Personal Data Processed and Purposes

When you contact us through our WhatsApp order line or other digital channels, we collect your identity details (first name, surname), contact details (telephone number, address, email) and the customer transaction data relating to your order. This data is processed for the following purposes:

  • addressing you correctly and completely;
  • receiving and confirming your orders, carrying out logistics operations and delivering our products to you safely;
  • managing customer relations processes and ensuring your satisfaction by resolving any requests, suggestions and complaints quickly;
  • providing information and advisory support where necessary;
  • preserving evidential value in any legal dispute that may arise.

2. Transfer and Retention

Trend Hasat adheres strictly to data privacy principles. Your processed personal data is never shared with third parties or institutions, other than the business partners from whom we receive services in order to complete operational processes (courier companies, etc.) and public authorities legally empowered. Your data is kept securely for the statutory retention periods and, when our legal obligations end or the purpose of processing ceases, is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in line with our periodic destruction policy.

3. Legal Basis and Your Rights

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of Law No. 6698. Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to know whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to request correction of incompletely or incorrectly processed data, and to request deletion of your data.
